This is one of the easiest ways to add a contact form to your WordPress website without having to do much coding at all.
Just follow these 3 easy steps and you will have a working contact form on your website in no time.
Step 1) Navigate to Install Plugins and perform a search : Grunion Contact Form as shown below.
Step 2) Install the plugin as shown in the picture below. Note : I have already installed mine so it shows up as Installed.
Step 3) Create a page in WordPress called : Contact Me and enter the short code as shown below, save the page and you’re done!
Now anytime someone uses the contact form on your website it will send an email with the contact details to your default WordPress email address under General Setting.
